Hacked Institute Laser Gun

This mod adds a new and improved more powerful Instituted gun. It looks the same, but is more powerful and shoots a red laser. The only way to get the gun right now is through console commands. This mod was mainly made to be just a test. If there’s more interest I’ll make it an official mod and I’ll make it findable in the world.
