“Paper Components” allows mod creators to add paper as a workshop ingredient for posters, wallpaper, or any other paper constructible item instead of the less-immersive cloth. This version adds paper to componentless junk, converts the cloth components of misc paper items, including Pre-War money, and in workshop mode, cardboard boxes of paper can be scrapped for paper. US bills are made of paper composed of linen and cotton, so if you want to get cloth from money, download one of the other versions.
