Tweaks the .44 Revolver, the vanilla one seemed a little slow.
- Increases the fire rate.
- Increases stagger.
- Increases base damage by two.
Not really a cheat, it just seemed that the .44 needed a little extra “umpf.”
Won’t conflict with any other mods as long as they don’t edit the .44
