MINI F.A.Q.
Q: I’ve installed the mod but I’m not able to milk any Brahmin. What gives?
A: There’s multiple reasons for this. The first is that you’re likely in combat. You cannot milk Brahmin in combat (as
you wouldn’t be able to concentrate!). However, if this is not the case, it’s possible you may have somehow
removed the invisible perk which enables you to milk brahmin. To re-add it, just type “player.addperk xx000F99”
into your console (with the xx’s being replaced with the mod’s position in your load order).
Q: You mentioned that you can’t milk Brahmin while in combat. What else prevents you from milking Brahmin?
A: To milk a Brahmin, you must satisfy the following conditions: A) The entity you are attempting to milk is part of
the faction BrahminFaction. B) You are crouched. C) You are not in combat. D) You have at least one Empty Milk
Bottle in your inventory. If you fail any of these conditions, you will be unable to milk a Brahmin.
Q: I milked a Brahmin and got Unpasteurized Milk. How do I pasteurize it?
A: You can pasteurize milk at any cooking station.
Q: I milked a Brahmin and got Pasteurized Milk. What does that mean?
A: When milking a Brahmin, you have a 5% chance to get a “Critical Success”. This means that you’ll milk a bottle
of Pasteurized Milk instead of Unpasteurized Milk. Likewise, you also have a 5% chance to get a “Critical Failure”,
which will result in you accidentally breaking your Empty Milk Bottle.
Q: I accidentally converted all of my Empty Milk Bottles to glass! What do I do now?
A: The mod adds the ability to craft Empty Milk Bottles at any Chemistry Station, under the “Utility” category.
