It is skin textures for face and CBBE body your female character.
To get the complete look at character creation, choose “textured” for forehead and “slight rush” for the neck, “smooth” for cheeks and the number 2 option for eyes, nose, and mouth.
2K FACE WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT Real HD Face Textures mod. After downloading and installing that mod, you need to download LMCC patch for 2K textures. After that, download my 2K variant and overwrite when NMM ask. That solve black face problem, so keep it noticed!
Remember, if you use a 2K skin for the face you will need a patch for Looksmenu Customisation Compendium!
