WHAAT??? TACTICOOL MOD??
adds in a simple Kevlar Vest armor piece, has some skins and simple modifications, and spawns on Raiders, Gunners, BOS soldiers, and Vendors at level 13
there is also 2 police vests in the Cambridge police station, and a National Guard vest in the National Guard training yard, nothing special about them, they’re there if you wanna pick up a vest early on
