This is a mod that adds an outfit inspired by the famous sailor scouts from sailor moon. Immersive? Heres how: Japan still became a US Ally in Fallout, Sailor Moon was in the 80s, multiple guns in FO1 and FO2 are from the 80s, Anime is talked about in Fallout 2. Not to mention the first manga was 1952, Anime was in 1963.(Its astroboy btw)
