Don’t listen to those fools who say muffled belongs in the trash after Sneak rank 4! Muffled STACKS and you can find it on looted arms, so I say, why not allow it to be crafted as well? Muffle me up, baby.
Even though you make a minimum amount of noise when moving at sneak rank 4, you still make that minimum noise, and muffling can reduce it.
If you’re running mods that boost enemy detection ability, you know how sensitive they can be. Every little bit helps.
Note: If you need to apply an arms-exclusive effect to your armor, you’ll have to deactivate this mod since it swaps the arms list of mods for the legs list.
