A few minor changes. Added to the terminal so is a nice enclosed area for Settlers to live.
Yes, a section of the wall is open.
You will need build stairs to the second floor area.
Added a workshop build area for the second floor area. Go through the workshop border to the other half of the second floor.
Additional scrapping but does not provide resources. My other mods have most of these objects scrappable providing resources.
Load order towards bottom but above my Sanctuary and Museum mods.
