A very simple mod that reduces base carryweight to 30, carryweight bonus to 2.5 per Strength, reduces limb Pocketed and Deep Pocketed to 1 and 2, and increases torso Pocketed and Deep Pocketed to 15 and 35.
I am an amateur modder, so it might not work as intended.
