Works Good on PS4 and PC.

Updated: Some fixes and improvements.
Added workshop build areas to include the GLSnackbar and TheSlogDrivingRange. Just go through the workshop border to those areas.
Removed using the build area as a Sandbox area and added a Sandbox area that covers all build areas so settlers will utilize the newly added areas.
Fixed up the buildings. Added another entrance to the store. Made it dry inside the Slog. Fixed the fencing.
Made a couple objects constructible.
Made a bunch of objects scrappable.
All game aspects left intact.
Load order middle.
If you have my Sanctuary, RedRocket, Hangmans Ally, or ConcordMuseum; this mod should be placed above.
