LORE ACCURATE MODS - COMMONWEALTH RESTORATION PROJECT SERIES
This mod cleans up the build area of Sanctuary Hills, removing pesky leaf piles and some bushes too. Leaving the area with enough space to do what you want with it. It also cleans the river up and removes all destroyed houses, and removes all furniture in all houses.
This took me a solid 4 hours, I had to make sure not to break quest, weather and NPC spawns.
