Not sure if the headshot mods we currently got on Bethnet do this, and the combat overhauls we got dont get it quite right, so here it is.
Humans, feral ghouls and gen 2 synths (the ones which are mid way between human and robots) receive 100x the headshot multiplier of your attack, instead of the vanilla 2. This guarantees that most humanoid type enemies (excluding gen 1 synths and super mutants) will die from a single headshot from basically any weapon, while the rest of the enemies in the game remain untouched. Perfect for load orders where ammo is scarce.
Pretty sure this affects the player as well, so mind your head.
