Museum of Freedom
Double Settlement
Cleaned with Fo4Edit.
PS4. Works best if installed before the Museum Quest “When Freedom Calls”.
You may need start a new game.
Made for myself, a player home where I can home the companions and Settlers.

Interior Settlement
Must build objects on the 3rd floor balcony area then move the object where you want it. Due to an object visibility issue. Is a nuisance and makes filling the museum tedious work but is worth it to use the museum as a homestead. Is the only workaround that works.
Note: updating precombines fixed the visibility issue but messed up the mod. And I couldn’t add the material swap files. When I figure this out I will update. For now it works as stated.
Fixed up the Museum interior. Turned into a Settlement. Workshop workbench on the third floor.
Museum of Freedom Settlement Map Marker lets to fast travel inside the Museum.
Added buttons to shut off the noise in the exhibit rooms. Also, can turn the Battle hymn on and off.
Exterior Settlement:
Includes the Church and the Hardware store. You can build in either buildings and on the Museum Roof.
Inside the Hardware store is a decanter on the counter which marks the spot for assigning a shop clerk. Includes a small section of land behind the Museum and Church.
Sorry, no workshop border.
Power
Both settlements have a power source. If in the start of the game, when you build a recruitment beacon the game tells you to build a generator. Just do as the game tells you, is the tutorial, then scrap the generator.
Interior Workshop workbench links to exterior Workshop workbench. Both Settlements are a member of the new Museum of Freedom Faction. Allied with the Minutemen Faction and Sanctuary, the Concord Area Faction. The 2 Settlements are separate but share all resources.

PS4 load order
As close to bottom as you can get. If you have my Sanctuary mod put this mod directly above.
