Replaces the vanilla APC with the M113 APC
Suprisingly, no one has made a M113 replacer to date, until now.
Features custom havok convex collision and is properly scaled to the player.
[ONLY REPLACES APCS IN THE COMMONWEALTH WORLDSPACE! APCS ADDED BY MODS MAY NOT BE REPLACED!]
