[PC] Break Action Laser Pistol

The break action laser pistol is a simple weapon mod with its own custom meshes and material. This weapon uses animations from the flare gun, giving it a unique feel from other weapons in the game. The “BALP” can be crafted at a chemistry workbench under utility. The textures aren’t great, as this is my first time attempting to create my own textures. The screen on the weapon says “ERROR!”, which I might replace with an ammo counter in the future.
