This recolors the vanilla outfit called “Minutemen Outfit”
This is an attempt to spiffy up the Minutemen Faction without taking up a lot of space. I noticed a fair amount of Minutemen spawn with the vanilla “Minutemen Outfit.” This aims to help them more look a faction and less like a band of scavengers. It makes the coat blue with a white undershirt, and an added MM logo.
This also makes the Minutemen Outfit craftable under utility at the chem bench.
