Several tweaks and fixes for the Vault Tourist Outfit, aiming to improve upon the original mod. Includes an addition or two I felt would be fitting.
Adjusted several meshes to greatly reduce clipping.
Fixed dismemberment.
Railroad Ballistic Weave now available to apply once unlocked.
Rebalanced stats.
Rebalanced crafting recipes, requires Level 10 to craft.
Fixed naming on the Vault Legend’s Scavenged Power Armor Helmet.
Added a strap to the Vault Legend’s Outfit to fix an inconsistency with the leather pad on the back.
Added the Vault Dweller’s Outfit, a “bare” version of the Vault Tourist that lets you still use armor, craftable at the chembench at Level 5. (may still be subject to clipping with the top part off)
