Rad Resist was renamed Hazmat. It gains Poison Resistance in addition to the normal Radiation Resistance.
Refractor is renamed to Meditation. Its effects are entirely new:
1: Cannot be staggered by attacks.
2: Attackers may have their heads crippled (16%)
3: Attackers may disarmed (8%)
4: Attackers may be knocked over (6%)
5: 50% more likely to cripple, disarm, or knock over attackers.
