Based off the ASP and Devel pistols. I had concepted this idea many many years ago but got the sudden inspiration to rework the idea while I’m cooking bigger mods. No leveled list as it’s more of a unique weapon, therefore must be found in world. Look to the north west corner of the map past the vault.
