This is a very simple mod that allows you to craft the vanilla gray tabby cat in workshop mode without having to catch one in a cage.
1 milk bottle is required to craft the cat.
The cat gives settlement happiness.
Cats wander. I highly suggest using a mod like “Kitty Galore - Craftable Cat Idle Objects” by OddLittleTurtle, or “Cat Furniture” by Derajalen, to have craftable settlement objects to attract the cat and keep it in your area.
I have flagged the cats as essential so they do not die in every skirmish at your settlement. If you want other cats to also be safe use the mod “Immortal Cats” by GenaTrius.
This mod was inspired by “Craftable Cats [XB1]” by Mm37. If you desire cats of other colors and added items, then use the “Craftable Cats [XB1]” mod. This mod was built from scratch following a similar method as craft able cats to be a very small file size for use with huge mods like Sim Settlements 2 and also to be PlayStation friendly.
