Well you should know the Robotics Pioneer Park infested by ghouls next to scrap palace.
This is a nice location to either renew or re-do and i re-did the crap out of it.
Trust me when i say that it DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT DID BEFORE .
We have several new buildings plus a few twists and additions like the Chapel with a loft area for example.
The fully navmeshed tower (lynn tower ) and much more.
This mod focuses a lot on the water hence i made you a fish farm ,little swan boat dock , big over the water platform outside of the bar, nice romantic resting area next to the waterfall and arch bridge…etc.
Separate water source in the animal enclosure with a cow, chickens and wabbits…(the small ones tend to wander off )
Ive installed doors all most everywhere but they might not all work with autodoors .
All the wall pillars are placing enabled so you can use them to mount turrets as are most surfaces in general.
Ghouls have been removed but i left one surprise so be careful :P
