Adds new loading screens based on Fallout lore, and enables already-existing vanilla and DLC loading screens to be more easily seen in game.
Along with 95 new loading screens that give exposition on the lore of the Fallout world and events leading up to 2287 (with some nods to Tactics and Brotherhood of Steel*), dozens of vanilla loading screens have had their conditions loosened or outright removed, greatly increasing the variety of loading screens you’ll see in game regardless of progression in the main story or DLCs. Useful for people who haven’t played other games to learn more about the setting, or for Fallout series veterans who want more flavor in their loading screens.
Note: some include spoilers for the main story of Fallout 4 (where the Institute is, etc.) and events of the TV show that occurred before 2287!
