The LAS-009 Overcoat is a fashionable, heavy prewar military dress that was favored by colonels and even high ranking generals. The design has seen use in Anchorage to even as far in the future as Post-War Washington.
Overview:
I found the Colonel Uniform that came with the Next-Gen CC a bit underwhelming. The color was off and the coat was thinned down a lot compared to Fallout 3’s design.
This mod remedies that by widening the coat’s shoulders changing the textures to be a lighter tan, just like the original. It also adds two new coat variants and a adds the missing star lapel to the Anchorage coat.
You can find the coat on the Enclave Colonel during the Echoes of the Past quest or on Gunner Commanders after level 20

You can find McKinney’s Coat inside the Jamaica Plains basement, on a coatrack display in the center of the room.
You can find General Grant’s Coat and his Revolver at Fort Strong in his office.
