This is an attempt to re-create the mod Clean Faces of Settlers in a way that does not edit NPC data and trigger the stutter.
Unfortunately due to a bug with the Next-Gen Update, any mod that edits NPC records triggers a bug regarding dynamic Face gen, and causes stutter that tends to get progressively worse. Stutter ranges from lite to severe, but in most cases gets worse the longer the save goes on.
This mod is what will be one of many attempts to remake some fan favorite mods using workarounds and alternative methods to achieve the same results of the mod attempting to be recreated.
