(This is the 2024 Version).
This mod adds a secret basement to the player’s Sanctuary Hills house located behind a bookshelf in the hallway.
It has settlement functionality but can only be accessed after you leave the vault.
Most of the items in the basement can be scrapped for crafting materials.
