Adds a highly configurable slow motion effect upon enemy limb dismemberment, similar to bullet time mods.
When you kill an enemy by dismembering their limb, time slows for a configurable duration. Yes, this works with Bloody Mess.
This mod works very well both standalone and with bullet time mods such as VAFS REDUX, as a supplement to the mod.
