This mod adds a 9mm pistol (a.k.a. Browning Hi-Power) from Fallout New Vegas, with new models, textures and modifications.
The gun uses Munitions 9mm ammo. It appears in the game from level 5, it can be bought from vendors, removed from dead enemies or found in the pre-war safes.
The M&A 9mm pistol is a semi-automatic handgun, designed by M&A Guns Manufacturers. It is the standard issue sidearm of the New California Republic Army, a common sight in the Mojave Wasteland and a rare guest in the Commonwealth.

FEATURES
Made a number of balance adjustments to the weapon (value, weight, base damage, AP cost, etc.) to bring it more in line with vanilla offerings.
Change the ammo type to use 9mm rounds from Munitions.
Added a Comfort Grip attachment option.
Added new scripted weapon LL injection- weapon will now start appearing on Raiders, Gunners, Railroad agents, Minutemen, bosses, vendors, and as legendary drops starting at level 5.
Added new aim model that has slightly less recoil than the vanilla 10mm pistol. This should also fix an issue from the original mod where users reported conflicts with 10mm replacers.
9mm pistols found in the world will always use the two-handed animations but can be changed without cost at any weapons workbench.
Adjusted crafting recipe and perk requirements for a handful of attachments.
Weapon paints/finishes can now be added and removed from all 9mm pistols, including unique variants.
Removed custom legendary effects from unique variants and changed them to use vanilla legendary effects. This should resolve a bug from the original mod where the custom effects did not work properly. Below are the new effects:
Bloody Mary: Wounding
L’Innocence: Bloodied
Mare: Nocturnal
Maria: Lucky
Renamed the Stock Holster to Sharpshooter’s Stock.
Removed .38 receiver, 10mm receiver, and long barrel attachments.
Added custom naming rules (INNR) via script so that weapon names will reflect their skins/finishes.
Adjusted suppressor noise level from Silent to Quiet.
Adjusted mod collections- in many cases, decreased the minimum level at which certain upgrades will appear.
Adjusted object templates to match respective templates on vanilla weapons.
Adjusted names and descriptions to match the vanilla game’s naming conventions.
Removed RACE record ITMs from the original plugin.
Fixed issues where weapon attachments would return the wrong loose mods.
Fixed numerous spelling and grammar errors.
Due to the new leveled list injection added by this mod, a new save is recommended so that the weapon isn’t added twice into your game.
While not technically required, Leveled Item Fixes by DankRafft is recommended so that the new leveled list injection works properly.
