Tested Great on PS4 and PC.
Updated: Fixed annoying shadow issue.
Fixed sidewalk, NPCs were sinking in it.
A couple small changes.
Added a ceiling roof, no more rain inside.
Note: Must exit Power Armor to notice no rain in interiors.
Patrick now has a chore from 4pm to 8pm. No more sit and brood all day.

A little cheat on the water pump, now all pumps provide more water.
Added Vendor raw meat for sale.
Fresh Brahmin kill on the truck.
The trash can, dumpster and the wooden box out back provide extra loot.
After Quest leave and go back for the extra loot to spawn.
Addition information: This mod is designed to work both before or after the quest.
For those who downloaded a previous version of this mod: Before installing this mod Uninstall and delete the other version if you have it.
Warning: you may have to start a new game, sorry. The changes were minor but may interfere with game play. Option would be to delete any saves, go back to a save prior to installing the other version. Then install this updated version.
