No more annoying rain inside.
A couple small changes, fixes.

Can scrap the Privet Hedge and the mole rat holes.
A constructible Trade Shop Diner Counter.
Additional scrapping adding addition scrap resources.
Adds addition scrapping to any settlement mod.
You will need most or all of my settlement mods to scrap everything.
May conflict with other scrapping mods.
Load order towards Bottom but before, above, my Sanctuary mod.
Addition information:
This mod is designed to work both before or after the Settlement quests.
For those who downloaded a previous version of this mod:
Before installing this mod Uninstall and delete the other version if you have it.
Warning: you may have to start a new game, sorry.
The changes were minor but uninstalling and installing this updated version may interfere with game play.
Option would be to delete any saves, go back to a save prior to installing the other version. Then install this updated version.
Note: Must exit Power Armor to notice no rain in interiors.
