Delete Sanctuary Buildings

This mod removes the Prefab buildings in Sanctuary to allow you to rebuild it from the ground up. Editied this to increase the buildable area for some of the removed buildings. Deleted more assets that will make this more sandboxy. Please let me know if you encounter any issues while building.
