This is a small mod that prevents the game from exiting you from Workshop Mode when you leave the build area in your Settlements.
Just a small tweak that sets the timeout to 1 hour instead of 5 seconds. It also disables the reminders that pop-up on your screen about the Workshop auto-exiting.
