A Redux of GrinnginUrchen’s Mauser Pistol mod. Redone to be a Generic Mauser clone for Early game use! Includes Bugfixes and some new assets
I have a soft spot for the classic Mauser Pistol mod. However there’s a good chunk of early Fallout 4 mod jank that held it back. But I loved the look of it and I wanna keep it.

What I’ve done
Assets were cleaned up. I went ahead and converted all the meshes to BSTriShape and removed the Skinned Flag. This should make it compatible with CWHS.
Packed into BA2, includes Wardaddy’s animations
Power armor walking and sprinting is fixed
The German Writing is now gone, it’s now a offbrand Box Pistol. Gives it a good parity with a mod like Pig’s Vintage Pistol. As I balanced this to be a good bridge between the two.
Wood is given a new Specular map. Grips now interact with the light more naturally.
Redone the subgraphs in order to not conflict with said Vintage Pistol as some animations were added to that one.
Additional Assets for the Recon and Nightvision Scope. (Provided by Alexerator from PBW Service Pack OG) Laser Sight by Degenerate Dak As well as an added Medium Scope
Miscellaneous balance changes (Iron Sights give an AP Buff, Slight damage debuff to Suppressor and slight AP usage decrease for the Muzzle Brake)
Rapid Receiver now has a long burst fire in VATS
Fixed the Projectile and Muzzle ninode locations (They were below the barrel)
Script Injection
Munitions Support, 9mm and .38 rechambers available.

Q: This model is outdated and yucky ew ew gross bangs on table
A: Don’t use it
Q: Why not call it a Chinese Pistol
A: Alexerator will probably make one anyway and I wanted to make this a bit of a disposable weapon.
Q: How do you get it?
A: Raiders, Minutemen, Triggermen, Vendors, and Legendaries. All on Level 3.
Q: Tactical Reload?
A: A patch is provided

Open Perms, feel free to use the subgraphs I made as well if you need to patch any weapons that use the same animation set. Mod itself is open perms as well. Feel free to patch for any ammo mod you use personally. GIVE CREDIT WHERE IT’S DUE
