Lunar Fallout Overhaul Overrides Simple Clothing Keywords Patch

A patch that lets Simple Clothing Keywords play nice with Lunar Fallout Overhaul. In this version, the bipedal slots and ballistic armor upgrades from Simple Clothing Keywords are NOT carried through. The Armor balance choices from Lunar Fallout Overhaul are kept.
