Addictol cures all addictions, but depletes 60 HP over 1 minute (kills you if Health less than 60). Also -1 to all SPECIALs for 1 hour
Hunger, thirst, tired effects rebalanced. More severe extreme stages
Falling damage “more realistic” (more damage, lower heights), better balance
Stimpaks no longer fix crippled limbs, but quickly generate 10% HP with another 20% HP more slowly (medic perk still applies, see below)
New craftable consumables:
Splint Kit: Restores limb condition and some health. -1 Agility for 10 minutes
TraumaPak: Restores Head & Torso condition. +60 hp over 60 seconds. Strength & Agility -1 for 10 minutes
Transfusion Kit: +100 health over 200 seconds. Cannot be used in combat
Glowing Transfusion Kit: +100 health, - 100 Rads over 200 seconds. Cannot be used in combat
PERKS
Adamantium Skeleton 1/2/3: limb damage reduced by 10/30/50 (vanilla 30/60/100)
Chemist 1/2/3/4: only for unlocking Chem recipes, each level more advanced chems
Chem Resistant renamed to Chem Dependent 1/2/3/4: Chems last longer 30/60/90/150% (L4 50% more likely to be addicted)
Life Giver 1/2/3: each level +10 to max health (no health regen). Life Giver 3 adds twice the health regen to Solar Powered 3 (half vanilla) and +15 max health to Night Person 3 (NP3 base reduced to +15, so brings back to vanilla +30)
Party Boy/Girl 1: 50% less chance to be addicted to alcohol (no chance vanilla)
Medic 1: Stimpaks, Bandages and TraumaPaks restore Health 20% faster. RadAway removes Radiation 20% faster
Medic 2: Restore Health 40% faster. Radiation 40% faster
Medic 3: Restore 50% more Health, 60% faster. Remove 50% more radiation, 60% faster
Medic 4: Restore twice as much Health, 80% faster. Remove twice as much radiation, 80% faster
Medicine Bobblehead: Stimpaks, Bandages and TraumaPaks heal 10% more
