I made a fair amount of changes to this Creation Club mod. Unfortunately this means it could not be flagged as an esl file.
Classic 10mm Pistol
Increased the base damage to 29.
Modified barrel ranges.
Added a Masterwork receiver.
Added Modcols.
Changed crafting requirements.
Tunnel Snake Outfit
Switched Enchantment to buff Charisma and Endurance.
Increased Weight to 2 and Armor rating to 10.
Quest
Creation Club Leveled List Injection Removed.
Replaced with a new custom script (in a custom quest) that adds the Classic 10mm to vendors, the Legendary pool and some NPCs.
Miscellaneous
Disabled 2 of 5 stimpaks.
Disabled 4 of 5 fusion cores and removed their mention on a holotape.
Disabled a plasma rifle.
Disabled 2 of 5 plasma cartridges.
Disabled 4 of 6 Nuka Cola Quantums.
Edited the Encounter Zone for the quest area to level 12-30.
Changed a locked area to require advanced hacking.
Replaced a combat shotgun with some food.
