Ft Hagen bug fix

Removes a wall in Ft Hagen when doing Reunions questline. Synth is supposed to come out of a chained door unlocking it so you can go into a room with the elevator to see Kellog. But in multiple games the droid has refused to come out so I removed the wall next to the door allowing player to go through without using the chained door
