Creates a fully functional settlement at Fiddlers Green, a trailer park near Fort Hagen.
Important note: The workshop must show 50% happiness on activation for full functionality. A manual save before activating this mod is recommended. Then, if you see 0% happiness, simply jump back to that manual save and try again, the problem should clear. This is a rare occurrence where the fix is to reload an earlier save.
