This overhaul already comes with a few very important changes to the overall gameplay loop of Fallout 4:
- A system where you can only heal once every 10 seconds, which should make you act more tactically, without feeling too harsh overall.
- A bleeding system which works both ways, and almost always needs to be counteracted using a bandage.
- Every chem has been reworked to be less impactful at the outset, but invest into Chemist and see your crafted chems become a whole new way to play.
- Healing items have been made incredibly rare, and incredibly expensive. Treasure every Stimpak you can find!
