This will turn it into a settlement and give you all kinds of goods (cut or unused) content from what you paid for along with other visual improvements!
This mod adds; working doorways, fixed the build furniture, more visuals, added animation nodes, added a light up blue lamp. fixed sink and toilet, changed area outside to the match interior of the building, spare key under welcome mat (skipping the boring fetch quest) & and now enemies will spawn indoors if using (ambush kit).
