This is a simple ESL file for the Creation Club item “Noir Penthouse.” It unlocks the 25 Settlement items normally cordoned off until the quest “Early Retirement” is complete, meant for Settlement addicts who are on their thousandth restart and want to have a full toolbox without necessarily having to go out and complete quests.
