Adds 100% Swing Attack when equipped. This reproduces the “hit all enemies in front of you” perk from Big Leagues 4. Note that this ring does not give you the 80% increase in melee damage that the mentioned Big League perk does.
The ring can be found on a shelf in the root cellar in Sanctuary.
