This is a compilation of all of my weird little fixes and tweaks to Fallout 4 that I made for personal use. I’m not really sure if this many changes that are this different are supposed to be compiled into one ESP like this? We’ll see. Either way, here’s what this mod should (hopefully) do:
- Changes two face presets–one male, one female. The guy is preset 15, the girl is preset 13.
- Adjusts water pumps to produce 5 water instead of 3, since it was always weird that settlements like Abernathy Farm wouldn’t have had enough water to support their original population before someone died.
- Removes the leg armor pieces from every caravan guard, preventing them from stripping off their clothes and only wearing leather armor (this should be fixed by the Unofficial Patch, but for whatever reason isn’t on my copy, so I redid the fix here).
- Adjusts the music for Croup Manor and Spectacle Island to use the default environment tracks instead of one specific dungeon track (does not adjust Croup Manor’s basement).
- Removes the massive barnacle underneath Kingsport Lighthouse, getting rid of the huge radiation hotspot around the lighthouse’s base.
- Decouples Kingsport Lighthouse’s signature light from the settlement itself, so the lighthouse no longer goes out after you’ve cleared the settlement.
- Significantly buffs Kellogg’s Outfit. The outfit now has 60 Energy Resistance, 50 Damage Resistance, and 35 Radiation Resistance, adds +1 to CHA and END, and adds it to the ballistic weave list.
- Lowers the rate of Automatron’s loading screens from 20% per screen to 1% per screen.
- Lowers the rate of Automatron’s random encounters from 50% per encounter to 5% per encounter.
- Removes the possibility of every location on the Island having clear weather except Acadia.
