My 2nd Playerhome designed for raider/Scavenger characters - probably the dirtiest place to life!
Supports full workshop mode and is also fully navmeshed, and has also a few idlemarkers for companions
and settlers. A personal guard is patrolling outside and has a unique weapon - the “Elephant Killer Rifle”
(a copy can be found inside in a wallsafe).
You can find this place on the Road up to Hardware Town (The road when comiong out of Diamond City).
The entire house has been done from scratch and has 3 floors, the first one is pre-decorated with alot of “junk” and decorations,
the 2nd and 3rd one have junk to scrap - decorate it to your own taste!
It also has pre-installed workbenches for weapons, armor, chemlab and a compact Powerarmor workbench! The Workshop is also
unique and located near the exit in form of a intercom.
It also comes with furniture for character / hairstyle editing, a doublebed and a placeable ressource crate
which produces 5 food, 5 water, 15 Happiness and 5 protection.
