This is a simple mod that aims to rename Dogmeat to Tobe for Acid Panter specifically, but anyone else can use it as well. It doesn’t change voice lines or anything like that, just the name as it appears in text.
Also, here’s a note from Panter herself:
If anyone else is downloading this mod because they also have a dog named Toby or Tobe or something to that effect that I hope they are having as much fun as I am exploring the wasteland with my Tobe by my side. And that all Tobes are good boy. The bestest boy.
