Codsworth Out of Time Fix

When you start a new game and told Codsworth to help you search around Sanctuary for your family he would move next to the house and do nothing else. You tried everything from talking again to shooting him and nothing works. This fix will allow you to have the initial conversation with Codsworth but he will skip the neighborhood search and immediately point you in the right direction.
