Fasttravel to Concord and save your game before loading the mod. All activators (buttons & moving parts etc) need to load, so you need to walk over there.
Vanilla clipping houses and trees? Fiddle with your load order. It’s not my mod; it’s another one pushing it’s things or vanilla things through. Do I need to say it’s best to start with a clean Sanctuary? Otherwise your stuff will clip through.
Generators and 2.0 connectors in every house. Start with connecting a wire to the fuse box, and connect them to the 2 connectors you’ll be seeing. In the new MinuTower is also a water station that should provide more than enough water to get the thirst out of every NPC you let through the gate.
