This is an optional file for those who’d like exclude the player from being affected by the movement of Immersive Fallout. Yes, you can use this whether you’re using the main file or the movement only file. All you have to do is make sure that this file here is loaded after (beneath) them.

This file is completely useless to anyone who doesn’t a version of Immersive Fallout installed.
