After a bit of research I have changed the stats to align with a real world soldier’s rucksack.This improved backpack design includes the following:
Ceramic plating which increases the base armor rating to 30
Insert pouches for optional Ballistic weave.
(RP purpose only - Think the shiny foil blankets that firefighters use) A deployable cover that gives the wearer some shelter from rad storms
The carry weight for Extra Bags with Sleeping Bag has been improved to 100lbs which is roughly the same weight that our real world soldiers routinely have to carry.
