After creating this same face for at least a dozen new games, I decided to finally set it up as a mod to save a bit of time. Thought I might as well upload it for anyone else to try out. I set it up to have vanilla hair for compatibility; the preview thumbnail is using the Milliet style from Commonwealth Cuts.
The face is available with Preset 13.
